I am a state of Florida certified math teacher for grades 5 thru 12. I have been a middle school math teacher for four years and a high school math teacher for four years. I have a passion for helping students learn. I can accomodate a student's learning syle to be successful in math!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I always spend time gauging what the student knows and what the student needs to know. Then I am able to find the gap in his/her knowledge and begin to fill it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in mathematics. I participate in professional development each year to keep my State of Florida teacher certificate up to date.
