I am a certified teacher with 13 years of effective teaching in the classroom as well as 13 years of experience tutoring for kindergarten through college. I have an Elementary Education degree with a reading endorsement and ESOL certification. Teaching is both my passion and my career! I enjoy making learning fun and enjoyable.
I love teaching and am a firm believer that the children are the future and we need to best prepare them for the future they desire.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
To begin working with a new student, I will usually start with introductions to the child and the parent and do some informal assessments to get an idea of where the child is and where they would like to be. These are usually presented as a game or puzzle so the child doesn't think it is a test.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional educator and have a FL professional certificate with Reading Endorsement, K-6, and ESOL.
