In my experience tutoring ive found my gift in explaining wildly complicated things quite simply, I've done everything from teaching seniors algebra to teaching first graders quantum theory, if you need to learn something I can teach you, I tutor in:

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Determine what they know and build upon that knowledge in simple ways that lead to mastery of a subject they may not understand beforehand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive been informally tutoring for years and I could ask any of my dozens of students and they would all agree I helped them acheive a deeper understanding of the subject.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I ask that they pay whatever theyre comfortably able to. My standard price is $20 an hour but I can do anywhere above $10.
How did you get started teaching?
Someone asked me to teach them algebra and I taught them algebra, topper student now.
What types of students have you worked with?
All of them, every type of student, but I specialize in ones with little knowledge of a subject.

I made a nice cup of tea and relaxed for my 45 seconds a day.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Hire whoever seems to be the best fit, sans that knowledge hire me.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What are my needs? Past that point express no hesitation in asking anything.
