My service stands out in the sense that I am always available to take questions from students, regardless of whether or not we're in a tutoring session. Say a student schedules a tutoring session for Wednesday, but it's Monday night and they're having trouble finishing their homework, they can always shoot me a text or give me a call and I'll offer whatever help I can give in the current situation.
I enjoy helping students become better learners. One of the most satisfying feelings for a tutor is seeing a student's face when they finally understand a problem that's been challenging them for a while.

I don't necessarily have a specific teaching style, I think it's important for the teacher/tutor to be flexible around what the student's learning style is and making sure that they feel comfortable with the material. I am always sure to pause and ask the student questions to test their understanding of a given topic before moving on to the next.
As a student in K-12 I was always years ahead of my grade level in math; I took AP Calculus BC as a junior in high school and scored a 33 on the ACT math, as well as a 720 on the SAT math.
I charge $30/hr but if you would like to schedule several lessons in advance I charge $120/4 hrs and $210/10 hrs.
I started tutoring in math when I was looking for part-time jobs to fill up my schedule last year while working towards my degree at the University of Florida. I worked at a tutoring center called Mathnasium for almost a year but have since had to quit because the hours that the center is open don't coincide with my class schedule.
I have worked with students in grades K-12.
