About
I'm very personable and enjoy working with people. I have always tried to find ways to mentor/tutor grade school students during my undergrad and graduate careers so I bring each of my experiences to the table making me a well-rounded tutor.
I enjoy the opportunity to meet new people and work together to help them solve problems. I have always had a passion for education and during outreach activities and leadership positions in school I have been able to further develop those passions.

What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with all age groups of students. For two years in undergrad I worked with local Pittsburgh middle school students and exposed them to engineering through different hands-on activities and presentations which I designed and put together myself. I also spent a year tutoring elementary school age Somali refugees in math and english. This past summer (at UF) I worked with high school students and co-instructed a course where we taught them about immune engineering and immunotherapeutics.
