I have such a varied work history spanning from customer service to technical support roles and with that experience it has rounded out my personality to adapt to many different people's personalities and preferred learning methods for instance the visual learner versus the written learner.
The most rewarding moments in support come when the client's tone changes from panicked befuddlement to enlightened understanding for the issue they suffered with.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Introduce myself while conveying with verbal cues that if they work with me I will do everything in my power to help them understand what now seems to be baffling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've successfully graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science all the while maintaining and exceeding a 3.7 GPA. Throughout my telemarketing career I have conveyed technical solutions to both technically and non-technically minded clients for over 7 years combined experience.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Due to my recent interest in becoming a tutor I am willing to start at the industry standard of $25.00/hour.
How did you get started teaching?
I've enjoyed years of working with customers to solve their technical issues so I now want to take a more personal approach by tutoring those students that need help understanding and overcoming their coursework.
What types of students have you worked with?
At this time I have not worked with any students, my tutoring career begins with your student.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I recently completed an Android app for Uber/Lyft drivers to calculate their most recent 5-star review since these corporations do not currently offer that data to the driver.
