I'm a math teacher understanding that student's have axiety and trouble with math. I make sure that the student understand that I'm here to help them overcome their fear in math and realize the uses that math can offer to anyone from any ages. I want students to love or understand why we use math everyday and that they might not use it but the reasoning behind math.
Students feel comfortable and love seeing the excitement I have teaching them math. I love showing different ways and understanding in learning the material that they can relate to. Students learn differently and I love the challenge to understand each and every one of my students.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with Students I like to get to know them personally and their struggles in math. I learned what their favorite things to do and apply math in relating to their goals and dreams.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been teaching for almost 9 years and have tutored prior to teaching in Mathematics.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
If you are new student I charge 50 dollars. I have students tell me in advance what topics and materials they need me to go over. I have a no show fee of 25 dollars that you need to pay in advance of appointment so my planning on lesson hasn't gone to waste. I also charge returning client discounted price of family and friends.
How did you get started teaching?
After college I went into my teaching profession and have been teaching since 2013.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all students from ESE to Gifted. I'm certified 6-12 Mathematics and Gifted Endorsed.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I'm a very passionate teacher and I enjoy when students challenge me in their understanding in mathematics. When they realize I'm here for them to succeed in life they appreciate me more and understand where I am coming from. I'm a teacher who want students to love math and enjoy everything that it's related in real world.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Students need to understand to earn respect you need to show respect because it's a two way relationship.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students should ask if they have written their notes or looked at the materials that the teacher gave them. Teachers are willing to help but the student needs to put the effort in and understand that even if they don't have internet they can always take pictures and study outside without internet or go to local place that has free internet.
