Math And Science Tutor
About
I graduated from Northwestern University with a BA in Neuroscience and a minor in Religious Studies. Science and math are my strongest subject, and I love tutoring kids to ace tests such as the SAT and ACT. Each student deserves an individualized approach that caters to their needs, strengths, and weaknesses. As a tutor, I will take the time to get to know my students to optimize how quickly they learn information and how easily they apply the information. I also place an importance on understanding information rather than memorizing. By creating connections within the material, students have more success!
I have spent time tutoring students locally for different standardized tests such as the MCAT, SAT, and ACT. In addition, I have mentored students in Chicago Public Schools. I am excited to work with anyone that needs tutoring!
My favorite part is when students grasp a concept with which they have struggled.
