What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first thing i will do is discuss the questions with the Students, see what they need help with, work with the hardest questions first, do a presentation powerpoint with all the steps, written everything they need help with and what they understand, work on their weaknesses, give keypoints and feedbacks and work with a SWOT ANalysis.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor degree and a TEFL Certificate. I am doing my post graduate in Education next semester. I have 9 years in teaching face to face and 2 years teaching online.
