Hi! My name is Claire Duffy and I am a high school junior from the DC area. I am a straight-A, dedicated student with a passion for learning, and sharing my knowledge with others. I have tutored French, Math, and English to a variety of K-8 students. I'm available for homework help or specific courses. I am currently taking AP Chemistry, AP Language & Composition, and AP US history.
I'm currently attending online school due to COVID-19, and am available at various times throughout the week for online sessions.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I would have a meet and greet session with the student and parents if they would like to join to asses the ability and needs of the student. Then, I would work with the student to set up a plan and goal for tutoring.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work as a camp counselor and lifeguard in the summer. I have a lot of experience with children of all ages.
