It's wonderful when we can experience the untangling of a concept together. When the subject is tricky, and we work at it little by little, the end result is awesome.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, break the ice with a quick instant gradification exercise, then move on to the task at hand and work through the promblem with baby steps.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied music at the Lamont School of Music with a BA in music composition. I have been teaching music for 25 years. I tutor math as well.

I charge $45 an hour
How did you get started teaching?
I was born a teacher. I taught anyone who would listen to my little voice at 5, I taught my friend to play Mary Had a Little Lamb. I didn't stop there anyone who sat on my bench learned something from me.
What types of students have you worked with?
My youngest student is now 2 my oldest is 76. I will work with any and everyone. I have worked with chroically ill and those with TBI. I myself have MS so I understand most challenges.
