I am an entrepreneur who is a lifelong learner. I teach myself new things in vast fields of study constantly. I obtained a Bachelors of Innovation at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in Game Design and Development in December of 2022. I am a very patient and understanding gentleman who is sort of a jack of all trades. I may not have a degree in psychology but I know how the brain learns and retains information. I may not be a therapist but I know how to talk and interact with people to figure out what the root of their problems are. I have always been gifted in mathematics and have an aptitude for learning complex systems and ideas. I have often helped my fellow students with their homework after school, or even tutored my friends in math. I used to be a tutor for a company back in the early days of collage but sense had moved to handyman work. I like learning new things and growing my skillset. Now I am back to tutoring as handyman and construction work has a habit of wearing your body down. I am very flexible and come for in house tutoring in many subjects but my specialty is mathematics and programming in C#. I am passionate about helping other achieve their potential and I love seeing people succeed. My hope is not to be a band aid to a problem but to fully heal the root of what's causing issues in a students learning. A good foundation and building healthy habits is necessary for long term success. Often, students resent the fact they are forced to be in a learning environment. I like to bring the joy and fun back into learning by showing the student practical applications for the knowledge they are obtaining. Of course I know from experience that sometimes you are short on time and need to crunch. I am very flexible to plan out a strategy of attack with parents on how to best work with the situation provided. I can be quick on working to get a student ready for a test, or slow and make sure that the student retains the information in a way where they wont forget it right after the test is done. It all depends on what we have to work with of course.
