I have been doing private tutoring for over 6 years now and I worked for two years as a math instructor at a supplemental teaching institute. I am able to tutor students in all levels of math, including AP Calculus and SAT/ACT math.

Teaching math has been my passion for the past 6 years, and my favorite moments are when my students finally understand a certain concept that they are struggling with. It is extremely fulfilling to witness that kind of transformation. Guiding my students through their math classes and seeing their gradual improvement is motivates me to work even harder in trying to change the lives of these students.

I could not be more thankful that Mint was my teacher for SAT Math. She was very understanding of the material and constantly came up with ways to make learning fun for her students. With her tricks to memorize the skills I needed to learn for specific for the SATs, I was able to get the score I had never dreamt of: 780.

Ive had an excellent experience with Mint! She has tutored me in both SAT math and calculus and has proven to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Mint has somehow found a way to make me appreciate the subject. Before I started lessons with her, I would always look for a way or excuse to avoid math altogether. She makes math fun and interesting. Shes not the type of teacher who will skip over a problem. If we got stuck on a question, she would go home and figure it out on her own time, and then teach me, step-by-step during our next session. She is one of the most dedicated and sincere people I have ever encountered. I really recommended getting tutored by her because she will help you pass your classes and/or raise your SAT/ACT scores. Mint is an amazing tutor. She actually cares about her students and wants to see them succeed. I’ve been to places where tutors only help because they have to, but Mint actually genuinely cares about her students and loves what she does. Mint wants to build a relationship with her students, which a lot of tutoring places don’t do. Mint challenges you and pushes you beyond problems that you thought you couldn’t solve. She simplifies everything and makes it easier to understand. She is an amazing tutor and an even better person.
