My teaching style is customized to my student's needs. There's no one size fits all in my teaching strategy, so I structure my teaching to accommodate each student's learning pace.
The activity I gravitate towards repeatedly where I lose track of time usually involves some kind of knowledge sharing or training, which I find effortless in the delivery whether on a one on one coaching, workshop setting or a larger audience.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I usually do an initial assessment of the student to understand their strenghts and weaknesses. Here are a quick summary of information I'd be interested in understanding about a prospective student;
1. I will request your current curriculum
2. I will ask questions relating to your preferred method of learning
3. I will ask a few questions relating to areas where you are currently struggling to understand
Depending on the student, I might request additional information
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Engineer and a Project Management Professional. I also Co-Found a NGO that gives children the opportunity to think independently about how to tackle everyday challenges using Design Thinking methodology. We currently have over 1500 students and 500 Teachers in our program. Our projects are centered on Social innovation and Sustainable Development, we have received to date over 150 projects from student groups.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I prefer an hourly rate but I am also open to a lump sum payment for a given period of time. I am quite flexibe so I am open to negotiate a fair price depending on the student's needs.

I started by tutoring my pairs in college

High School, Primary School, and College level, usually in Maths and Science.

Make sure the teaching style fits your prefered learning method. Also, remember teaching can be done in a fun way.
