About
I was sick of my friends paying upwards of 60 dollars an hour for boring tutors who flip through practice questions they didn't even make. I am unlike any tutor in the fact that I will spend as much time designing practice problems as I do teaching, and Ill bring fun jokes and smiles with them. I have had experience with volunteer tutoring, freelance tutoring, and tutoring for a large company.
I love seeing a student's sense of accomplishment. The feeling I get when I see the joy on the face one of my students when they finally get the grade they needed or a great test score is unmatched by anything in my mind. In addition, I love learning from my students, adapting to their different styles and forming a relationship.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I have students write down their goals. Then together we develop a step by step play that will augment our chances of meeting those goals. After that, I will run administer practice tests for a baseline. From there I can use incorrect answers as well as standard booklet problems to find weak points and discover the students' learning strategy. Then I will design custom problems that will provide the best chance for the student to understand the material.
