Hi, my name is Maddy, and I'm currently an undergraduate student majoring electrical engineering. I've always been fascinated with mathematical, scientific, philosophical, and technological topics and I love looking for ways to improve old systems. My goals with pursuing an electrical engineering degree is to move internationally and work in alternative energy (aka renewable energy), but no matter where I end up living I hope to be able to help that city's underserved communities. I provide one-on-one tutoring for STEM subjects, ranging from elementary school to the undergraduate level of topics, and have 4 years of experience tutoring K-1

Teaching is a hobby of mine, it is something I enjoy to do and I grew up in because my parents, grandparents and most of my family members are teachers. I went to school in US Naval Academy as a Math Major. I won Best in Math both high school and college. I learned different techniques in terms of Math when I was growing up in the Philippines and here in the US.

I currently teach college level mathematics, and have experience teaching and tutoring middle school and high school levels as well. From Pre-Algebra and Geometry to Calculus and Statistics, Math has always been a joy for me. It's been an honor to come alongside students of various backgrounds and mathematical levels over the last 16 years and help them achieve understanding of and appreciation for this subject matter. Through encouragement, patience, and intentionality, I cultivate the potential in students and help them to grow.
