About this tutor

I'm a current Harvard student with a lot of experience tutoring for high schoolers and college students in Math, Science, English, History, Writing, and SAT/ACT prep. I received acceptances from almost all the Ivy Leagues and am a seasoned admissions consultant as well as tutor for other subjects. I received perfect scores on all my APs and SATs and am excited about teaching my students the tips and tricks I know from my runs with the tests!

I'm a tutor that makes sure my students understand and appreciate the concepts they're learning, not just the number answers. I think learning is fun!

Working with Edward is a pleasure -- my son achieved a perfect score on the SAT (1600) with his help and Edward is also really easy to contact and communicate with.

Excellent experience! Edward clearly really knew his stuff. He helped me get a 5 on AP Calculus BC after a few weeks of prep.

After initial lessons to gauge a student's level, we will enter my tailored learning schedule, usually this consists of anywhere from intensive practice problem review to more overall revision in terms of topics and general knowledge. Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I charge $50 per lesson and have a 1 hour cancellation notice. A cancellation less than an hour before our time will incur a $25 charge.

I started teaching in sophomore year of high school when I realized by having perfect scores on all my exams, I understood the tricks needed for a lot of these tests. I started off helping friends but gradually became more of a consultant and tutor for others in my community.
