Hello my name Susan Wardak and I am a graduated from college and I have my degree in liberal arts math and science and I have worked as a tutor at the college for two and a half years. What I love about my job is seeing the student understanding and it helps them build confidence and you watch their progress grow over time. What it its like working with me and why I will do an excellent job is that I am patient for the students in order for them to better understand what they are learning and if they don't understand what they are learning I can use different methods like practice questions from the textbook , study guide ,flashcards and breaking the notes or assignments into small sections at a time in order for the student to understand and that way they don't get overwhelmed when seeing the assignment.
