All-Purpose English Tutoring (Current USC Student)
About
I am a current second semester sophomore at the University of Southern California where I am majoring in English and Communications. I have always been a straight A student, but English and Writing are my strongest, more favorited subjects.
Writing is universal; we all do it no matter where we are in some form. We have the ability to tell a story or write a poem, and in any capacity, share our thoughts in an abundance of stylistic techniques. To me, that's what allows me to enjoy what I do.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I find it is best to establish areas of strength and weakness. In doing so, we can use the student's strengths to supplement the areas in which they are struggling. In these cases, you find strategies and techniques that lead to a more personalized learning style which can help in other subjects, as well.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $30 per session - that being one hour. I'm never opposed to spending a few extra minutes to help a student further understand a concept because that's ultimately my goal!
How did you get started teaching?
I tutor/help a lot of my classmates and friends in college! So, I decided I would be able to assist other levels and grades, too.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've mostly worked with college students because that's the immediate population around me, but I want to branch out!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
In hiring a teacher, make sure they love what they're teaching or the learning aspect won't be enjoyable for you and in turn you won't learn as much.
