I am a Substitute Teacher for Fresno Unified School District. I have been subbing for 3 yrs. I had also been a Teacher's Aide for 18 years in Chico, Ca. I have a BA in Liberal Studies and a PPS credential for School Counseling.
My passion has always been to help kids learn & grow academically, personally, and socially. I do this with patience, empathy, and respect.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We introduce ourselves. I then ask the student what he/she needs help with. As we study and work, I assess exactly what the difficulty is. From there, I create strategies or lessons that will help him understand the objective.
