I've been reading since I got my first library card at age 6. My entire life I've been involved with writing, delivering speeches, and loving the English language. The past three years, working with 4th graders at Bakman Elementary has been a highlight and a joy.

I have been working in the field of Education for over 20 years. I have a degree in History but have experience in teaching Geography, Economics, English and Portuguese. Writing and speech and debate. I have worked in the best International Schools in Brazil and have tutored private students for my whole career. I have prepared several students for SAT, Cambridge and TOEFL exams. And I have deep knowledge in the Canadian and British Curriculum, the California standards and all of the IB programs (PYP, MYP and the diploma).
