I am the author of three books, and I have over fifteen years of experience as an English teacher. I have taught every grade level from 6th to 12th, and I have taught International Baccalaureate courses for over a decade.

I have been fortunate in my career to be able to work with a diverse group of children and adults. Through my path of learning and providing 1:1 support, I have discovered different methods and ways to help students feel confident while tackling goals, assignments, testing, or sharpening their focus. I am a graduate of Cal State East Bay with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and also Online Learning and Teaching. I have an Associate's Degree in Sociology, Psychology, Behavioral Science and Social Science, Arts and Humanities, and English. Also, A Clinical Practice Certificate from CSUEB. I own my own Concierge Business and work for the School District as a Behavioral Analyst currently. Prior to that I was a for ten years in the non-profit sector.
