What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Every student is different so I have a highly interactive process I tailor-make for each student. I determine the student's goals, barriers to attaining those goals, and the student's learning style. I then design a program to fit the needs of the student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have undergraduate degrees in both Business Management and Computer Science; My Master's Degree is in Organizational Psychology and my Ph.D., in training and e-learning. I have written and published my doctoral dissertation, so I have A LOT of writing experience. I have taught and tutored both English and Math on a middle school and high school level for over a decade
I have also taught psychology on a college level, worked as a professional life coach, and had been a software engineer and technician for over a decade
How did you get started teaching?
I was disillusioned with the high-tech world and wanted to work more with people when the opportunity came forth.
