I am a California Credentialed teacher with 25 years of experience teaching and tutoring students of all ages in a variety of subjects. I have experience as a classroom teacher and as a tutor and am familiar with the newest curriculum. I have a unique ability to understand the learning styles of each individual student and help them to becomes successful learners. I can reach students many others cannot.
I love to teach. Seeing my students light up when they discover they can learn and be successful, is a great reward. Helping others is my goal.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with new students, I first build rapport and get to know them a little. Then, through tutoring, I start to build their confidence and show them they can be successful. When they trust me and believe in themselves, they become life long learners.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Administrative Studies; a multi-subject California teaching credential, a single subject science credential and 25 years of experience teaching and tutoring students of all ages.
