Being passionate about business, leadership, management, and business analytics is key to success.

I currently work for Uber Technologies as a Senior Project Manager. I have learned more in the last 2.5 years working for the fastest growing corporation in the world than I have learned in the 20 years I've been in the corporate world. I am very excited to share my experience and expertise in supporting your learning and connecting the learning to life application.

Prior to Uber, I was a Senior Business Analyst for American Express for 5 years. Then prior to AmEx, I was in customer service leadership and management for 11 years.

I earned my Bachelors in Business Management & Human Services from University of Phoenix; while working full-time, raising my daughter on my own, and learning fully online. And if that wasn't enough decided to pursue my Masters Degree in Human Services from Liberty University.

Professionally, I have my Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt and am very fluent with software/systems that support analytics, process improvement, and project management.

** Additionally, I am a skilled writer. Throughout high school and college, I was in advanced English and writing courses. I also did a side hustle as an Instructors Assistant and Grand Canyon University specifically to help students with their essays and writing assignments. Being able to coach you through collegiate level writing and giving you the tools to be successful is a side passion of mine. **
