Hi! My name is Sophia, I graduated in 2024 from Oregon state with a major in Business and political science. What I enjoy most about education is watching a childs growth in academics. All students learn at a different pace. Children will grow once they feel liked and are confident in the person teaching them.

I taught grades one to 3 for 35 years. I was especially proficient in reading and English skills, including writing. I have also tutored 4th graders and can work with older students as well. I love everything about language and I love working with kids!

I am special education teacher with a background in Psychology. I graduated from the University of Northampton in England and moved to Arizona in 2018. I have experience teaching middle school, and have highly qualified status in Language Arts.

As a current high school student about to enter my senior year of high school, K-12 curriculum is fresh in my mind.
