Teaching children different ways to solve math problems, so that they will have many options. Slot people have different ways that they learn. So I just start with asking the child how, or what way do they think, they are learning. Auditory, or Visual. Everyone learns differently.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting to know where they are straight in the subject needed to be tutored in. Telling then and encouraging them that they will grow during the process. Because they are adding new things to there learning curve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates Degree In General Education, And Also An Associate Of Science Degree.

How did you get started teaching?
When my kids was growing up I started Driving the school bus and decided that I wanted to be more involved in there learning.
What types of students have you worked with?
All types there is no one student that I haven,t worked with or around. I believe every child has an opportunity to learn.

Working with children and asking them what they want to be when they grow up. And getting there response answer.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would tell them to make sure that they communicate with the person as much as possible to make sure they are right cor the job. Learning is very important. Education is to me.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
How they improve there learning and maybe doing things in a different way show others was to solve the problem. Providing the best ways for the child to learn..
