This is something I have been contemplating for some times. With all the chaos that 2020 has brought, it was now or never. I have a degree in Early Childhood Education. I have been a teacher for 5 years now and my love for it grows every year. I crave learning new information and take pride in being a child advocate.
I am looking to expand my skill set by working with children of varying age and abilities. It has always been my goal to help people and this is the next step in my teaching journey. Currently, I reside in Wisconsin and work full time as a teacher. I take pride in the work I do. This is my passion and I appreciate you letting me help you master the things that are difficult. Together, we can achieve greatness.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to share a bit about myself first. My goal is to make a connection and gain their trust and move on from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates degree with some bachelor level training as well.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I do not have a set price for lessons.
How did you get started teaching?
I started going to school for Radiology and realized that wasn't what I wanted to do. I knew I really enjoyed working with kids as I taught my youngest sister some of the basics (such as colors and counting ) and decided to pursue teaching. It's been history ever since.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with children mainly under the age of 3. I have done some babysitting and that allowed me to work with children who were older. The biggest challenge I overcame was working with a boy who was high functioning on the autism spectrum. I faced obstacles with him such as physical aggression and some social emotional delays.
