Jacob Bernetzke

My daughter began tutoring with Jacob in the Fall of her Jr. year for Pre-calculus. She had a local, in-person tutor but we did not feel that she was getting the kind of assistance she needed. We decided to try an online format where she connected with Jacob. From the first visit, she (and I) felt a sigh of relief that he understood her needs and took the time to assess her learning style. He was able to accommodate late notice sessions if she was having difficulty with a particular concept before a test or quiz which reduced a great deal of her test anxiety. She tutored with Jacob throughout the year and ended with an A in Pre-Cal. She started tutoring with Jacob again this Fall for AP Calculus. The first term just ended with an A once again. I have no doubt that Jacobs tutoring sessions were a part of her success. She is so grateful to have Jacob as a resource for the increasingly complex concepts and I have recommended Jacob to several of my associates seeking assistance for their children at various grade levels.
