What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1.) Find out their Needs, Goals, desired Outcomes
2.) Assign them a tutor, recommended software and training package sent out, Daily/Weekly Scheduler, virtual classroom with instructor

4.) Beginning of Lesson Plan - specially tailored to each students needs
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instructors have a degree and Over 20 years of experience in software and technology ranging from an array of different fields and specialties in various engineering fields.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Our lessons vary in length and requirements fit custom to each students needs and wants. However, we do have a base rate to make it easy and affordable to include it all. We have a normal rate of $45/hr giving you not only a tutor but a professional who is going to help guide you to succeed in whatever lesson and study you choose. This includes access to any of our software, platforms, videos, training materials, and so much more.
How did you get started teaching?
As most we started teaching on the job. I fell in love with way it felt to help someone but make sure they could continue in the future without help and watch as they light up learning something new! From there I was hooked and began to instruct in the military. As I transitioned out it never stopped. I wanted to always learn and I taught others to instill the new lessons I was learning. I just never stopped since really and enjoy sharing knowledge and developing ideas to help push knowledge but also to help retain for my actual job as a programmer.
What types of students have you worked with?
Every type you can imagine from the worst to those who don't focus. Reality us that there isn't a bad student though, only bad teachers. Finding out how to connect is key and finding the right instructor that can communicate effectively to that student and that the students t can actually lookup to as a mentor...that is where NHanced Tutoring really comes in to play!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Well we don't just teach we develop and create. NHanced Technologies LLC is our parent company and keeps us busy. But this keeps us up to date with Technologies and what Companies want!!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a teacher that works best with your style. Any subject can be taught and learned. Not every teacher can teach every student though.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Ask there qualifications, what they do for normal jobs, there method of instruction, what they offer with their tutoring, and what do they try to get out of it. An instructor should get as much out of the lessons as the student, this isn't money, but true value.
