As a retired elementary teacher, with over 25 years experience, I am available to tutor kindergarten through fifth graders. My goal is to help each child build necessary foundational concepts in reading, writing, and math. I live in the Tehaleh area of Bonney Lake. Although I usually tutor in my home, I will travel to other areas of Bonney Lake or Lake Tapps. I enjoy getting to know each student and watching them become more capable and confident learners.

Hi! My name is Mary Beth and I am a licensed professional engineer in North and South Carolina. My husband and I recently moved to Tacoma for his job and I will start a full-time masters program at UW Seattle in fall 2023. Looking for tutoring opportunities as supplemental income while I am in school. I have a fairly flexible schedule and can do virtual or in-person tutoring. I would love to work with folks who are struggling with math, but could assist with most subjects for grades K-10, with the exception of foreign languages. Could assist with beginner level Spanish.
