Mike Podesta Tutoring
About
Having spent the past 20 straight years in school, I have experienced challenges of curriculum changes, technological advances in the classroom, and the variety of study techniques. My final semester of graduate studies I switched to the online platform as a result of COVID-19 and so I am ever familiar with students' uneasiness with online education and the necessary ways learning needs to adapt in order to meet the same outcome as in-person classes.
I've always loved helping others maximize their learning experiences, whether as a teacher or just assisting my friends with homework. Seeing them fully comprehend the concept, problem, etc. (ie the lightbulb turning on) after I explain the process is one of the most gratifying feelings in learning.
