What is your typical process for working with a new student?
What I do is for the students that have been working with me the longest they go and do what i tell them to do then the new students i will sit with them individually and help them with what it is they will need help with. I am patient and i care for the students that i have worked with. I have worked with students who learn fast and students who learn slower. I will not allow bullying to happen.
