About
I have always been adept at mathematics and find it very rewarding to solve a problem or resolve an equation. This lead me to my passion of teaching. I love to show students how satisfying and useful math can be in everyday life. Seeing a student's face light up with understanding as they finally grasp a difficult concept is what drives my passion to teach. I am currently majoring in engineering at Utah State University and have taken numerous advanced math courses up to this point. I scored a 4 on my AP Calculus exam, scored a 33 on my ACT, and graduated from my highschool as Valedictorian.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
My typical process of a helping a new student of mine is to first gauge where they are at on the topics we are studying to see how far they need to go. Next, I plan lessons based around the concepts they need to work on and allow the student to learn through repetition.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated Valedictorian from my highschool, scored a 4 on my AP Calculus exam, scored a 33 on my ACT, and have earned A's in all my advanced Math courses.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge 8$ an hour for my lessons. I don't like to base pricing on content of the lessons because I believe I should be able to be an effective teacher no matter the level of difficulty of the subject matter. For that reason, I charge a standard price.
What types of students have you worked with?
Most of the students I work with are in highschool. However, I have worked with students of all ages and skill levels.
