Math, Science, And Spanish Tutoring
About
I am a master's student studying Biological Engineering at Utah State University. From a young age I developed a love of math; it always made sense to me. In high school, I became extremely interested in chemistry and biology. Since then, my interests have developed into passions that have led me to recently begin my career as a bioengineer. I would love to help children and young adults understand and appreciate math and science as much as I do, although I will also gladly help anyone who is just trying to pass a class. Oh, and I'm also pretty fluent in Spanish.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, I will establish the goals of the student: Do they need help passing a particular exam? Are they looking to improve an overall class grade? Are they hoping to establish better study habits? Etc.
After establishing educational goals, I will identify what the student needs to acheive those goals: Do they need someone to walk them through homework assignments? Do they need a lesson to recap specific material they didn't understand in class? Do they need help flashcards to study for a test?
Finally, I will recommend a tutoring schedule for the student where frequency and number of sessions will be tentatively set according to the educational needs and goals of the student.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Master's Student in Biolgical Engineering (3.75 GPA, class of 2022)
-Bachelor's Degree in Biological Engineering (3.84 GPA, class of 2020)
-Spanish translator for Hispanic parents at parent-teacher conferences
