VR Math Tutoring
About
1) My experience with Mathematics
I have always been eager to learn math even though I used to have a hard time when I was younger, it never went away. My parents had me working with a tutor until I could stand on my own feet, and understand further math by myself. I have learnt a lot these past years, and now I am willing to share my tips and help others who are in the situation I was in.
2) About me!
I am currently a High school sophomore taking AP calculus BC. This would be my first time tutoring someone apart from my family, but I believe I can do it!
3) Qualifications
I took AP calculus AB (1st-year college calculus course) in 9th grade and had all A's during my time in the class. I did math counts in 8th grade and qualified once there.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It would be simple, the student can text me, and then we can find out a time that works for both of us, and hold a zoom meeting then.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am still learning math in school which would allow me to teach more levels of math.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I would be charging 25$ per hour of live 1-1 tutoring.
How did you get started teaching?
One day I realized that I am above average in math, and many people hated it because it was too tough, so I decided that I should work with some students so that they do not have to struggle through this.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with a few people from my family, and now I feel ready to work with others.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would say, keep looking for people who can help you, there are many great math tutors out there, and I am willing to help you out too.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I would like the student to know what they need help with, and possibly a few practice problems.
