About
I just retired June 1, 2026 after 35 years as a public school teacher. I have taught elementary school for 24 years, and middle school math for the last 11. I’ve loved my students and I’ve loved my job. It was just time for a change. I needed to make a little bit more time for myself and for an aging parent. I love helping kids understand math and making it less scary. Seeing confidence grow in a student is a beautiful thing.
