What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, getting to know the student is the foundation for successful learning. After building a relationship with the student, the next step would be to understand a baseline level of where the student is currently at in Math. After assessing the students skill level, it would be time to move forward with assisting the student in areas of improvement.

I hold multiply responsibilities on my campus, such as:
-Lead Math teacher
