I work with students who have difficulty in grasping Math concepts. I start from basics, address the issues faced by them and build their confidence.
I use various teaching resources like STAAR tests, IXL , school resources and Khan Academy to enhance the learning experience.
I have been successful using this approach with many students.
I have been teaching for the last 25 years or so, helping students achieve confidence and better grades.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Computer Engineering.
When I see the students do well by understanding the concepts, it gives me a feeling of satisfaction. I like the concept of imparting knowledge in the best possible way, making the experience great for the student.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I ask them to be honest and ask them about their weaknesses and strengths. I start with the weaknesses and start to work with the student in addressing them and help the student in understanding the concepts.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Computer Engineering with emphasis on Math and Programming .
What types of students have you worked with?
Usually my students need help with understanding concepts and are not comfortable with Math.
