My teaching is not only to help students with their schoolwork, but also help them to understand the fundamental concepts and solve problems with a reasoning logic, so that learning math would be a joyful journey for my students.
My teaching is student-oriented, I adjust my teaching method according to each student's learning capabilities and style.
I have been teaching/tutoring math for more than 8 years and have worked with a variety of students in different backgrounds. I have degrees in math and computer science.
I enjoy the process of learning well, summarizing and then sharing clearly. I get a sense of achievement if I see a student making improvements in academic or learning habits.

How did you get started teaching?
I stated teaching because I had to homeschool my special need child, who could not learn well from school. I found my passion in teaching through his improvments in academy and behavior.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with many kinds of students, some are special needs; some are with high learning prodential; some are thinker; some are handyperson. I believe that all students have the capbility to learn.
