My specialty is finding gaps in student learning: those minor cracks in the foundation that threaten to make the whole house fall. I don't mind taking a step back so that we can be stronger moving forward.
"Aha" moments are the greatest reward my soul feels as an educator. When I hear it in your child's voice and see on their face that the concept just clicked for them, that's when I remember why I'm here.

How did you get started teaching?
As long as I can remember, I have wanted to be a teacher. After my first two years of college, I got married and went into the workforce. A few years later I decided to follow my heart and go back to school to finish my degree.
