I am a college student who is looking to make some extra money while helping others learn and excel in their classes. As a student, I understand the struggles of not understanding material and I want to help others understand. I have helped friends throughout high school and now I am helping friends in college so I figured I should just tutor! I am a state champion in accounting, made a 32 on my ACT, and made A's in all of my math classes.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Sitting down and going over the basics of their lesson then gathering what information they understand and what they struggle with. Refresh on the parts they understand then slowly build into the harder parts in detail so they they grasp and understand the material.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a finance major, have taken college algebra, and am in a math class at Tech right now. I also worked as a student aide in high school.
