I have been tutoring students since 2006. I have tutored anywhere from 2nd grade to college level. I strive to create ways to make the material relatable and am able to explain the subject matter in several different ways.
I keep learning fun and the student interested. I create investment and truly care about the sudent’s Success in Learning.
I have several degrees which include a bachelors in a interdisciplinary sciences with an emphasis in pre-professional health and a masters in mortuary sciences.
I thoroughly enjoy the moment a student gains the confidence in their subject material.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
To begin with, I always try to find out how each student prefers to learn. Is it more hands on, word problem, being read to, etc. from here I take the subject material and I translate it several different ways if necessary to make it easier for the student to understand. I break material down in steps and always try to relate each new subject to previous work completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done independent study courses in tutoring as well as several years of experience with a vast array of students.
