Youssef At SoFlo Math Tutors

Hi, I'm Youssef, and a fun fact about me is that I am an avid video collector. In fact, it's my #1 favorite pastime! Playing them is a close 13th. I also love working with students, particularly when a new concept “clicks” with a student - their excitement is contagious, and it’s a privilege to be able to help them reach that point! On a more personal level, I am a patient and friendly type of person!

I partner with students on a one-on-one basis in STEM subjects through SoFlo Tutors, my tutoring agency. I graduated from The College of New Jersey with a degree in Mathematics and Urban Secondary Education and have been tutoring with SoFlo for two years. Math and Science build on themselves, so our methodology is to identify gaps in a student’s knowledge of a subject and help to fill them in with individualized lessons!
