About
I have been teaching math and science for over 14 years. I began working on my craft as a math grader at the University of North Texas, where I graded and created answer keys for College Algebra courses. I then worked for Sylvan Learning Center where I taught math, science and reading skills. I've also worked for Paragon Learning Center teaching math, science, ACT and SAT prep courses. I am currently teaching as a substitute teacher and professional private tutor for students of all ages in the Dallas metroplex.
I've been learning, teaching, tutoring, and mentoring for as long as I can remember. I'm very good at it and it's very enjoyable to me, much like a hobby. I've learned to adjust my teaching techniques, depending on the specific student... And have also worked with students that suffer from learning disabilities I've become very aware of common mistakes that students make, and take preventable measures so that my students don't make these same mistakes.
