Since I am a college student who has recently experienced or is experiencing the learning of these subjects, I have a better understanding of how students are able to understand each topic and lesson. I also have tutored many people within and around my age group to understand which methods are better to help others understand.
I enjoy spending time with students and helping them truly understand a subject inside and out. Being able to try different techniques to adapt the teaching to different learners is always very enjoyable. My main goal is to help the student have a complete understanding of the concepts without having to struggle very much.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I begin by understanding the topic a student is struggling on and then analyzing the obstacles the student faces while attempting to learn this concept. I will learn about the student's preferences about which techniques are most helpful to them and finally teach them the subject in the most effective way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a high school graduate and am currently attending the University of Texas at Dallas. I have tutored many classmates and I was able to really help them understand topics in ways that are best for them. I have also helped many teachers by assisting them during their lectures and helping address each students main issues.
