I engage students through multiple practice problems and I make learning fun by showing how it is applicable in the real world. I believe it is important to build a good relationship with my students and I greatly value conversation. I will listen to all of your thoughts and problems before I pitch in the solution step by step. I work great with people and I communicate clearly and directly.
I enjoy getting to know students through their strengths and struggles. My favorite part of my job is when I see students light up when they understand what they are learning. I am very friendly and I make the concepts engaging and fun, even if it is not a student's strongest suit. I love helping people and when I become your tutor, you will become my priority.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Each student is a unique situation. In order to successfully help a student, I assess the strengths and personality of a student and adjust my teaching methods accordingly. Typically, we will discuss the problems discovered after a few practice problems and tackle each issue individually until the student fully understands the concept. After building up individual components, we will be able to look at the big picture and move on to more challenging topics and subject matter.
