Kay Gibbs

I am a neurodivergent homeschool parent who has successfully tutored and taught K-12 students with dyslexia, dysgraphia, ADHD, and autism among other students who do not have learning differences. I believe every student learns differently and we all have strengths and weaknesses. I like to get know my students' personalities and how they work through problems to tailor a practical approach to their specific learning goals.

I like to come up with creative ways to help learn the material, I believe that if we are laughing then we are learning.

I am currently working on my bachelor's degree in education with a minor focus in psychology. I have been a homeschool educator since 2017 and I have successfully graduated my oldest son who has qualified to become a nuclear engineer in the US Navy.
