It is the foundation of my commitment to helping out my students, whatever their abilities may be I really enjoy teaching it. I have been tutoring and teaching in various settings – tutoring small and large groups, private individual tutoring, and home settings.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Prior to scheduling sessions, I like to meet with the student/parent to work hand in hand to build a specialized plan of action. We would set up a plan to achieve the desired outcomes. Next, we come up with a set of goals and how to implement the plan of action appropriately in order to accomplish desired results. In person tutoring: Students should send their HW to my email a day before we meet. Online tutoring: Students should send everything they want to work on to my email 2 days prior to the session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of science in Mathematics. College math tutor for 3 years. Math teacher for 2 years. Private math tutor for 3 years
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing is the industry average and even sometime less than that. I do this because I really enjoy teaching and have tremendous love to mathematics. I am not looking to make a huge profit from this like other folks. I believe that teaching is a cure message rather than a business. Also, I offer 25% on the first session to give opportunity for the family to try me! :) Lastly, there is a price break for purchasing multiple sessions upfront!
How did you get started teaching?
From college. I was chemistry major and calc was required class so I took it and received A in class. The Math department was recruiting Math students so they offered me a job in the math lab if I switch my major to math. So I did!!
What types of students have you worked with?
All types. Having worked for years in Massachusetts then in the heart of Dallas, I have worked with an array of people. Everyone’s need is unique in its own way.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Prepared and run after-school tutoring for students with learning difficulties that helped improve their final test results by more than 30%.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for the right provider`s background for their kids. To check if the pro is able to tell the story of his/her journey in math
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
To make sure that the pro has Bachelor of Science in Math (i.e math person) and spent years teaching math!!! because not everyone is meant to teach math
