I'm a Mechanical Engineer, graduate of Texas A&M Univeristy. I've been a design engineer, which is a very technical field, for 10 years, in the oil and gas indusltry. I have designed one of a kind products throughout my time in my company, which are proof checked first by simplifying complex math equations.
I find it very fulfilling to see a student's face when it finally clicks, and they are able to solve a complex problem by themselves. This encourages them to believe in themselves, gain more confidence, and try their hand at more and more complex problems.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to understand what their goals are in life and what they are trying to get out of the semester. I also try to get background on what they know and establish a base, and build from that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mechanical Engineer with 8 years of design experience. I was the Scholastics officer in my unit while in univeristy, and I tutored many of my classmates and undercassmen. I've since been tutoring on this website since 2019.
